Education and Experience:
Ronne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood education with a concentration in social sciences from Lesley University. After receiving a Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law in 1975, she joined Jimmy Carter’s presidential campaign staff. Upon President Carter's election, Ronne was appointed as the Special Assistant to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Education in Washington, DC. After the Carter administration ended, Ronne joined Fordham Law School in New York City as Director of Continuing Legal Education. She established Kaplan Family Law Firm in Atlanta in 1995.

Ronne is licensed to practice law in all the trial courts of Georgia, as well as the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States Supreme Court. In addition, Ronne is also admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. Ronne is certified in Collaborative Law both in Georgia and Internationally.
